Great for females, too!! I am A 5’10” female with athletic build and double D chest. I purchased a size medium to wear as a Polar Plunge costume for Special Olympics. I wore it as a compression type shirt , had I wanted more room, a large would have been better but medium was great . My 5′ 2″ inch female team member bought a small and my 5′ 10″ female team member bought a large and they all fit great. We continue to use them as Jiu Jitsu rash guards at the gym. I recommend.
