They go above and beyond! I ordered a large because I thought the tshirt might run small – however, it is quality material and I should have ordered a medium (the normal size my son wears). I will definitely order from Kona again. They went out of their way to go over and above in replacing my son’s tshirt!
Shirt looks so much better minus chapstick stains! Husband bought this t-shirt, exclaimed how much he loved it and couldn’t wait to wear it for our upcoming trip. So what does any loving wife in my position do? What else, but wash it and put it through the dryer with a full and oh so waxy tube if chapstick! I tried so hard to get those pesky wax stains out, but to no avail. So I sneakily ordered another shirt and the shipping was fast, arrived before our trip and husband was happy and proud to wear his new ‘MERICA shirt.
